B&O RDC 9921 and a mate are tied up for the day at "NA" cabin, Martinsburg, W.Va. in November, 1987 (date approx). In the background lurks C&O 7569, which I believe was part of a pusher engine assigned to help eastbound coal trains get over the hill between Martinsburg and Hobbs, W.Va.
